Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Watchlist (the “Service”) is a concierge search and notification service operated by Uniq Labs Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”). We help customers locate hard-to-book services, appointments, listings, and other publicly available scarce resources, anywhere in the world.

2. What we deliver

For the flat fee of USD 19 (the “Fee”), we will work to find what you have asked for using our internal sourcing and verification process for up to 7 days from the date of your request. We charge nothing to submit a request.

“Delivery” means we send you the result we have located (such as a slot, a listing, a verified contact, or a confirmed availability) by email, with a Stripe payment link to unlock further details where applicable.

3. Extended search

If we cannot find what you have asked for within 7 days, we may offer you the option to continue the search at a reduced cost. The extended search is optional and is offered privately by email after the initial 7 days have elapsed. You are under no obligation to accept it. If you choose not to, no further charges apply.

Any extended search fee paid is for the time spent watching for availability on your behalf and is non-refundable.

4. How payment works

Payment is collected by secure card payment via Stripe. You are only asked to pay after we have located a result for you. No payment is taken at the time of submitting your request.

If we are unable to find what you have asked for within 7 days, you will not be charged.

5. Non-refundable once delivered

Once we have delivered the result per Section 2, the Fee is considered earned and is non-refundable. This includes cases where:
  • You change your mind or decide not to proceed;
  • You are unable to use the result for reasons not within our control;
  • You are unable to reach the third-party provider after we provide their details;
  • The third-party becomes unresponsive or unavailable after we verify their response;
  • The result becomes unavailable due to third-party action after delivery.
By submitting a request and paying the Fee, you agree to this no-refund policy. We are upfront about it on the homepage so you can decide before paying.

6. No guarantee of outcome

We are a best-efforts search and notification service. We do not guarantee that we will find what you are asking for. We are not affiliated with any of the third-party providers, venues, government bodies, or platforms whose availability we monitor. Any onward booking, payment, or relationship is strictly between you and the third party.

7. Lawful use

Watchlist is intended for personal use to locate publicly bookable services, appointments, and listings. You agree not to use the Service to:
  • Pursue anything illegal in the jurisdiction where you reside or where the service is being delivered;
  • Hoard or resell government-issued slots, test bookings, or appointments in violation of platform terms;
  • Harass, defraud, or violate the privacy of any third party;
  • Submit false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or terminate any request at our sole discretion. No refund is owed for a request we decline or terminate before delivery, provided no payment has been taken.

8. Your data

We collect and process only the data needed to deliver the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or rent personal data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to missed slots, lost bookings, onward financial loss, or any consequence of the third party.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your jurisdiction.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available where you reside.
